Pumpkin Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

1 1/4 cup white flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 T flax seed2 oz water1 cup sugar1 1/4 cup pumpkin1/4 cup oil1/2 tsp vanilla8 oz cream cheese1 egg1 T sugar3/4 cup coconut1/2 cup pecans1 tsp cinnamon2 T brown sugar
Combine white flour, wheat flour,cinnamon, baking soda, salt in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine flax seed, water, 1 cup sugar, pumpkin, oil and vanilla in a small bowl. Combine these together in the large bowl with the dry ingredients. Set aside. Combine cream cheese, 1 egg, and 1 T sugar in a small bowl. Beat together with fork. Set aside. Combine Coconut, nuts, cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside. Spray a 9 X 13 -inch pan with oil. Spread first layer in pan. Spread cream cheese filling over this in pan. Sprinkle topping evenly over fillling. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
