Creamy Chive Dip

1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt (mine is 0% Trader Joes)2 tbsp freshly chopped chives1/4 cup freshly chopped flat or curly parsley1/2 tsp onion powder2 cloves garlic, mincedPepper and Salt to taste
Super simple directions - it's impossible to mess up! Throw everything in a food processor and whirl it around until a smooth mixture forms.
Scrape it into a small serving bowl, and either use immediately or refrigerate for a few hours. (Chilling it for a while will allow the dip to thicken up a little bit).
Calculation is for 8 - 2 Tablespoons or you can eat the whole thing for 130 calories!
