Babie Dutch Pancake

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, melt 2 tbls butter in medium size cast iron skillet, or other oven proof non-stick skillet, set aside.Combine flour, 1/4 c sugar and salt.In a blender add eggs, vinilla (1/2 tsp) and milk, mix lightly. Add dry ingredients and blend until foamy. When oven is hot pour batter into skillet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and done in center.Immediately remove from oven and dot with remaining butter, sprinkle with lemon juice, remaining sugar and powdered sugar (if desired). Serve hot
