Easy Beef Dinners-Beef and Rice (348 cal)

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, salted 3.50 serving Freshlike Sweet Corn and Diced Peppers 2.50 serving Beef - Rice A Roni 16 oz Ground Beef, 93% lean
Directions
Lightly brown ground beef; drain grease and set aside.

In a large skillet, sauté rice mix and butter over medium heat until lightly browned.

Stir in 2˝ cups water, seasoning packet, cooked ground beef, and corn. Bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.

Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese, if desired.
