Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped3 Tbsp. Butter3 Tbsp. FlourPepper to taste2 Cups Skim Milk3/4 Cup Colby Jack Cheese
Directions
Saute onion & butter. Stir in flour and pepper. Slowly add milk and stir until thickened. Stir in cheese 'til melted.
