Jenha's Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 can Clover Leaf Albacore Tuna, reduced sodium1 1/2 tbsp Hellman's Light Mayonnaise1 tsp Bick's Dill Pickle Relish1 tsp VE Guacamole Dip Mix1/4 tsp VE Dill1/4 cup celery, diced1/4 cup radishes, diced1/4 cup bell peppers, diced (red, green or yellow)1 tbsp onion, mincedVE Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Drain tuna and flake with a fork.
2. Add mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, VE Guacamole Dip Mix, VE Dill and VE Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
3. Mix in diced celery, radishes, bell pepper and onions.

Serve with crispbread, crackers on a sandwich or in a salad.
