1 cup of Long Grain Brown Rice1 serving of Bush's Black Beans1 serving of Tyson's Canned Premium Chicken Breast
Directions
Put all three ingredients in a microwave friendly container. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes and you are done! Add Salsa (calories not included) for some extra taste!
