2 c splenda, 1 c applesauce3 eggs3 c self rising flour1 tsp cinnamon2 tsp vanilla2 c zucchini1 sm can crushed pineapple1 c chopped walnutsbake at 325 for 50 minutes
cream eggs, applesauce, and splenda. Sift together flour and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to first mixture. Add vannilla, zucchini, pineapple, raisins, and nuts. Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans- 5x9x3 inches. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes
