Cheesy Chicken, Asparagus & Pasta

2 Bigger Chicken Breasts1/2 box or a box Whole Wheat spaghetti or rottini10 Asparagus spears1/4 cup of Mozellera cheese1/4 cup parmesan cheese (from the shakers)A splash of Soy Milk (1 tbsp - 1/4 cup)
Cut up the chicken into cubes, and start cooking them. Season to taste, I use pepper and garlic salt. Cook the pasta in a different pot, also add in the asparagus spears. I use frozen asparagus, but it really doesn't matter. When the chicken is done cooking, put it off to the side. When the pasta is done, so will the asparagus, so drain the water, and put back into the pot. Pour in the chicken into the pasta mixture, add in the cheese and soy and stir, be sure to have the stove on a low temperature that is just hot enough to melt the cheese. Serve and enjoy.
