1/4 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup chopped red pepper1/4 c sugar free pineapple pureed2 tap olive oilfavorite seasonings- I use ginger, cinnamon and garlic8 slices bread8 slices American cheese
Directions
M1st 4 ingredients along with seasonings
lay 4 bread slices
top with one slice of chees
vege/pineapple mixture
another slice cheese
another slice bread

Cook as you would any grill cheese sandwhch
