Spicy Gazpacho--fat free, with Bloody Mary Mix (1 cup)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Bloody Mary Mix (I make my own)1 1/2 cups finely diced tomato (I use canned, no salt added)1 cup finely diced bell pepper3/4 cup seeded, peeled cucumber--finely chopped3/4 cup finely diced red onion2 Tbsp fresh lime juice1 tsp red wine vinegar1tsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper2 garlic cloves, crushed1 (5.5-oz) can low-sodium vegetable juice (i.e. V8)1 (5.5-oz) can tomato juice
Directions
For gazpacho with texture: Combine the liquids, seasonings, and half the diced vegetables in a food processor or blender. Blend until veggies are finely chopped. Stir in the remaining vegetables, adjust seasonings if necessary, and chill

For smoother gazpacho: Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender; process until somewhat smooth.
