Pepper and Chicken Nacho

4 galic cloves1/4 c cider vinegar1/3 cup olive oil1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper4 med red peppers cut into 2 inch pieces2 cups roasted chicken1 can blackeye peas1 7.5 oz pkg cheese (2%)1/3 cup cilintro leaves
heat gill
combine garlic, and next 5 ingredients, reserve 3 tbsp garlic mixture
pour remaining garlic mixture in zip lock bag add peppers cover and chill 15 min, grill peppers 8-10 min or until pepper blister basing with marinade
combine chicken and peas with reserved 3 tbsp garilc mixture top each pepper with chicken mixture and top with cheese broil until cheese melts sprinkle with cilintro serve
