Canned Baked BeansTomatoesEscallion ThymeSweet PeppersOnionsBlack PepperGarlic
Put salted fish to boil for 30 minutes, changing the water at 15 minutes interval.
After boiling remove scales and pick into small pieces.
In a skillet on a low flame add two tablespoons of olive oil to skillet.
After slicing tomatoes, onions, sweet pepper, escallion, garlic and thyme add to skillet and allow to be partially cook.
Add salted fish and stir in mixing all ingredients then add a pinch of black pepper, then add baked beans. Serve with green salad.
