Ice cream pie

Ingredients
1 container light ice-cream (calculated with Breyer's all-natural light mint chocolate chip)1 16 oz. container light whipped topping (Cool Whip)2 no-bake pie crusts (I used Oreo but have also used graham cracker crusts)
Directions
Soften and blend ice-cream and whipped topping
Pour into 2 crusts and freeze

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings, 2 (8 pieces each) pies
