2 lbs. Grass-fed ground beef1 jar (24 oz) Ragu chunky veggie pasta sauce2-4 T. jelly (any fruit kind will do)4 T. yellow mustard4 T. ketchup1 med. onion, chopped/diced2 tsp. garlic (Polaner is what we like)Whole wheat hotdog or hamburger rolls, or any bread of choice. Or can spoon over brown rice or black beans.
Brown lean ground beef (GRASS FED is best), onion, and garlic over low-medium heat in large skillet. When browned through, add 1 jar (24 oz) Ragu and stir in. Add mustard, ketchup, and jelly and mix thoroughly. Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
If you do not have hamburger buns, any type of bread will do. We also serve over brown rice, or black beans.
