rhubarb strawberry sauce

Ingredients
*Rhubarb, 4 cup, diced Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 2 cup, unthawed*Reese Instant Tapioca, .5 cup Water, tap, .25 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tbsp
Directions
Add rhubarb, water, and sugar into a pot. Cook on medium heat until rhubarb becomes tender about 5 minutes. Add tapioca and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add strawberries. Cook until tapioca thickens the sauce. Turn off heat and add vanilla.

Place over ice cream, pound cake, or fill a pie shell.
