Gluten free burger buns

Ingredients

1/2 cup rice flour, brown1/2 cup potato starch1/2 cup tapioca starch2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (or guar gum)1/2 tsp salt2 large eggs1/3 cup canola oil1/2 cup skim milksesame seeds - optional
Preheat oven to 4ooF
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl.
Pour wet into dry. Mix well.
Spray cookie sheet with baking spray.
Divide bough into 6 even buns smoothing tops. Sprinkly with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. They usually puff up quite high, but drop when cooling.
