Healthy Banana Spice Muffins

Ingredients
8 banana, mashed3 c. oats mixed with 2.5 c. hot water2 c. cold milled flax mixed with 2 c. hot water6 scoops 100% Whey Vanilla Protein Powder2 c. flour2 tblsp cinnamon2 tsp allspice2 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, bake in aluminum cupcake liners in cupcake holder at 350F for 25 min. Fill the liners 3/4 full with mixture.
