Grilled Rosemary & Honey Flank Steak

Ingredients
4 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil2 Tablespoons honey 3 large garlic cloves (minced) 1 1/2 Tablespoons chopper fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)2 Teaspoons black pepper (coarsely ground) 1/2 Teaspoon salt 1 lb flank steak
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except steak in 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish or sealable bag.
2. Add steak and turn to coat
3. Cover and refrigerate 2 - 24 hours, turning occasionally
4. Prepare barbeque (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler
5. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade
6. Grill steak to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare
7. Transfer steak to work surface
8. Let stand 5 minutes
9. Cut across grain into thin strips; Arrange on platter and serve
