Ham broccoli & almond frittata

8 large eggsSalt & Pepper to taste10 oz frozen broccoli (unthawed)1 1/2 cup diced ham1/3 cup sliced almonds1 cup 1% cottage cheese1 tbs chopped onion
Bake 350-375 degrees for 1 hour or until "set" in the middle. (Not Wet).
Cool and slice into 8 pie shapes. Refrigerate covered. Microwave to reheat when needed.
Could also add mushrooms & diced tomatoes.
Serving Size: 1/8 slice of a 9" pie plate
