Apple Crisp

Ingredients
1/2 cup flour1/4 cup white sugar1/4 cup brown sugar3/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp salt1/3 cup oats (ready quick type)6 tbs margarine5 apples2 tbs brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients except apples and 2 tbs of brown sugar in large bowl. A food processor is helpful to create the crumbly consistency but not necessary. You can use two knives to cut the mixture. Set aside. Peel and cut apples into small chunks or slices, whatever you prefer. Lay apples in bottom of baking dish. Cover apples with crumble mixture and then bake for 40 minutes. Serves 7-8 using 9" round X 2" deep pastry dish.
