Gingerbread Bean Cake

Ingredients
15 oz. can Bush's Black Beans, rinsed and drained1 cup egg substitute1 tsp. baking powder2 T. canola oil2 T. unsweetened applesauce3/4 cup Splenda (granular, not mixed with sugar)1 tsp. ground ginger1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground cloves1 tsp. vanilla extract2 T. Log Cabin Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Directions
Rinse and drain beans and set aside. Put all other ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add the drained beans and puree. Pour into a springform pan that has been sprayed with butter-flavored no-stick spray. (You can also line the pan with parchment paper for easier removal.) Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
