Baked Corn

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn1 can (15 oz) cream corn1 stick margarine, melted8 oz. sour cream1 muffin mix (I use Jiffy)--8.5 oz.1 egg-lightly beaten
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and pour into a well greased baking dish (9 x 13, I think, but I double it so I've forgotten for basic recipe).

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

    The number of servings should be changed to 8, I think. And I can confirm that the pan size is 9x13.
    This is the recipe we call "Mom's Holiday Corn Casserole" and I'll serve it at Thanksgiving. This is yummy, but very rich. Nice to see I can get the calorie count, tho! - 11/18/07
