Turkey Bolognese

Ingredients
Turkey Mince1 Green Pepper1 Red Pepper1/2 Yellow Pepper12 Mushrooms1 Large Onion1 Tin of Tomatoes1 Tin of Kidney beans in Chilli Sauce
Directions
Chop peppers into strips
Dice onion
Quater mushrooms
Add 1 Kal spray to a wock
Stirfry all veg for 5 mins then remove from heat
Stirfry turkey mince for 20 mins (or until cooked throug)
Add the stirfry veg, tomatoes and kidney beans
Allow to simmer for 5 mins
Serve with wholegrain Spaghetti or brown rice
