Ingredients
Veal Scaloppine, mortadella, olive oil, butter, sage, salt and pepper
Directions
Cut the slices of mortadella in half. Place on top of the scaloppine and firm up with a tootpick. Melt the butter and olive oil in a pan. Add the veal, with the sage, salt and pepper. Cooked both side till done, about 5 minutes for side.
