2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed well1 very large tomato, chopped1 16-oz package frozen corn1/2 onion, preferably Vidalia1 6-oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained1 bunch cilantro, chopped1/2 lime and zest3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
Directions
Impt to rinse beans well. Mix all.
