Carly's Ultimate Strawberry Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
8 oz greek yogurt (6 oz plain, 2 oz strawberry)7 tbsp whole wheat flour2 packets of Splenda1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup Egg Beater's1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine greek yogurt, flour, Splenda, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Stir until almost completely combined.
Combine egg substitute and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, stir and combine to greek yogurt mixture. Stir together - yellow and white coloring is fine.

Cook each pancake on a skillet for about 1 - 1 1/2 min on each side. Or until desired consistency is reached.

Serve with honey or light syrup, fruit, etc.
