LHJ Mexicn Rice and Chicken Bowl

Ingredients
3/4 c thawed frozen mixed vegetables3/4 c cuooked brown rice2 oz chopped grilled chicken2 tbsp rinsed and drained canned black beans1/4 c salsa2 tbsp reduced fat shredded cheese
Directions
Combine thawed frozen vegetables, rice, chick and black beans. Top with salsa and cheese. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
