Ingredients
4 cups fresh spinach or one bag fresh spinach3 stalks celery1 cucumber with skin1 apple cored with skin1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tbsp lime juiceI add 2 cups of kefir plain or vanilla for sweetness
Directions
Place 4 cups spinach, 3 stalks celery, 1 cucumber with peel, 1 apple cored with peel, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp lime juice in a food processer or a very good blender and blend it well.
