Black Beans, Refried

Ingredients
2 cups pre prepared black beans from dry with water2 slices Butterball 65% less fat Turkey Bacon1/2 tsp garlic powder2 Tbsp Light Plain Silk Soymilkwater
Directions
Cook 2 slices turkey bacon. Chop up. Add beans, mash up some, add garlic powder and bring to a light boil. Stir in milk. Add water to desired consistency. Makes a great filler for a wrap.

    This sounds like an easy recipe, but the cooking instructions for the beans have been left out. You can't just soak the beans, freeze them, and expect to be able to mash them without cooking. Doesn't work. - 10/10/08
