Hamburger Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef1 cup Quaker oats2 eggs3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 cup flourSeasoning Salt3 Tbls olive oil1 large onionwater
Directions
Mix ground beef, eggs, oats, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning salt together. Shape into patties.

Coat patties with flour seasoned with seasoning salt.

Heat oil in an electric skillet. Add patties and sliced onions. Brown patties on both sides. Push to one side. Add enough water to make a thin gravy. Cover pan and cook about 30 minutes or until meat is done through.
