Ingredients:Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 7.25 cup (remove)Chappell Hill pork & venison sausage, 7 serving (remove)Beans, pinto, 1.25 cup (remove)Beans, black, 1.5 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 4 medium (remove)Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1.25 cup (remove)Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes, in a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting at least 6 hours or until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes; cover and cook on high heat setting until heated through, about 15 minutes more. yields about 1 heaping cup per serving.
