Cinnamon Chicken

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves1 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning1.5 teaspoons garlic powder3 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with ground cinnamon, seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

    Used MUCH less in the way of spices but it was very tasty. I cooked only two chicken breasts and used 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic, no salt. I baked the chicken on top of a few onion slices to keep it moist. Surprisingly, my super picky hubby loved it. - 5/7/11

    Not sure about the italian spice blend, if it has peppers in it i will have to sub that -- and I would definately elimiate the salt. How can you taste the other flavours of the dish if you overpower it with salt?
    Other than that, it looks good and I can't wait to try it! - 1/3/11

    This was good but way too salty. I would use only like 1 teaspoon of salt next time.
