Ingredients
tortilla chipsfat-free refried beanstaco sauceblack olivesjalapenoscheddar cheesesour cream
Directions
First, lay out the tortilla chips on a cookie sheet. Heat the beans on the stove until they're warm. Put 1 tbsp of the beans on each chip. Second, add 1 tsp taco sauce to each chip on top of the beans. Third, add a black olive and a jalapeno slice. Top with a sprinkle of cheese. Melt under a broiler until cheese is just melted, then add a small dollup of sour cream. Yum!!

Serving Size: Makes 20 individual nachos, total.
