Orange Spicy Chicken

Ingredients
1 skinned and cut upchicken4-5 Fresh Oranges for juice5-6 Large table spoons for spicy mustardKosher salt (large grains)Pepper - Red and BlackOreganoThyme
Directions
wash cut pieces of chicken. Salt and pepper pieces. Put into very hot skillet and braise both sides of chicken careful not to burn. Squeeze oranges and pour juice over chicken; cover and let simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove lid and spoon generous spoons of mustard on each piece of chicken. Sprinkle fresh oregano and thyme over chicken. Cover and let simmer 10 minutes. Remove cover after 10 minutes; turn chicken pieces, stir liquid; continue to simmer for approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens .
