Rhubarb, 2.50 cup, diced Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, sliced Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3/4 cup Minute Tapioca, 1/4 cup Pillsbury Pie Crusts-2 crust pie
Mix chopped rhubarb and sliced strawberrys with tapioca and sugar; let sit 15 minutes. Place bottom crust in pie plate; pour in fruit mixture; add top crust, seal edges, form crust; cut slits in top to breath; bake at 400 for 45-50 minutes.
