Rosemary-Bacon Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
* Red Potato, 1500 grams * Bacon, 130 grams * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" * Red Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2.5 cup * Parsley, 1 tbsp * Pepper, black, 2 dash * Lemon juice, 3 tbsp * *Chicken boullion, 4 tsp * *Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp * *French's 100% Natural Spicy Brown Mustard, 2 tsp * Rosemary, 2 tbsp * Garlic powder, 2 tsp
Directions
Boil 5 red potatoes for 20-25 min
Cook bacon as per instructions and set aside to cool
While boiling, dice red onion and red bell pepper
After boiling potatoes, let them cool and once cool, chop them up
Next, mix all ingredients together and place in fridge.
Serve cold
