Southwestern Hummus

Ingredients
1 15 oz can chick peas1 4 oz can chopped green chiles1/3 c diced onionjuice of 1 lime2 t taco seasoning
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Use for dip for veggies or whole grain crackers. Makes 4 -1/2 cup servings.

    this is a nice version and great to stuff eggs, just remove yolk and replace with hummus, I made some to try and had to make another batch because my son and his friends ate it all, lol, definitely a keeper - 8/21/08
