4 eggs, beaten1/2 cup sugar1 cup oil1 quart buttermilk1-15 oz. box raisin bran cereal (approx 7 or 71/2 cups)5 cups whole wheat flour1 1/2 teaspoons salt5 teaspoons soda
Preheat oven to 400F. Place paper liners in muffin pans.
In a very large container, place the raisin bran cereal, sugar, oil and buttermilk; stir well. In a separate container, sift together the whole wheat flour, salt, and soda. Pour the dry ingredients over the wet cereal mixture and stir just until combined. Add more buttermilk if batter is too stiff. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 400F oven.
