Garlic Spinach (bed for fish)

9 oz Spinach2 tbsp Olive Oil1 Clove Garlic, minced1 tsp CapersSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1) Sautee garlic in Olive oil until lightly browned.
2) Add Spinach & Capers to pan and sauté until wilted and reduced.
3) Salt & Pepper to taste.
