Eggy Bread

Ingredients
1 extra large egg2 slices bread1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Dump the oil in a pan and heat it up. In the meantime, scramble the egg in a wide bowl. Once the oil is hot, dip the slices of bread in the egg coating both sides. Then, put the slices of bread in the pan, flipping when the first side is brown. Brown both sides and eat with ketchup or maple syrup or whatever.
