Ingredients
2 T olive oil1 medium onion1 large carrot3 garlic cloves1 lb extra lean ground beef28 oz can crushed tomatoessalt/pepper/red pepper flakes/basil
Directions
saute onion, carrot, garlic in oil until softened
add ground beef, cook until done
add tomatoes, spices, simmer for 15 minutes
