Over Night Oatmeal:1/4 cup of Old fashion Oats1/4 Non Fat Milk1/4 tsp of Vanilla ExtractDash of Ground Cinnamon1 tsp. chia seedsThe Mix:1/2 Cup of Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt1/2 cup of diced Strawberries1/2 Blueberries1/2 Tbsp of Peanut ButterNote: Oddly enough, you can sub the oatmeal for already cooked brown rice. You don't notice a difference! Your calorie and carbs would lower, but the rest would remain the same!Sprinkle of Granola
The night before make your over night Oatmeal
Place oatmeal, milk, vanilla, chia seeds and cinnamon in a bowl, stir and leave in the fridge.
In the morning, layer in this order:
1/4 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of strawberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
Oatmeal
Peanut Butter
1/4 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of strawberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
Sprinkle with granola!
Enjoy!
I put this in a pint size mason jar!
Serving Size: 1 Big Mason Jar full
