Grilled Lime Shrimp

Ingredients
1/2 tsp lime zest45 ml lime juice1 tbsp olive oilminced garlic (.5 tsp or to taste)1/2 tsp ground cumin340 grams Raw Shrimp, shelled and deveinedSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Zest a lime and add 1/2 tsp to zip lock bag. Add remainder of ingredients and marinade for 20 minutes. Divide shrimp into 4 servings and thread on metal or wooden skewers (soaked). Grill for 3 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until shrimp turn pink. Can brush with marinade for additional flavor.
