Powerhouse PB&J Smoothie

Ingredients
50 grams frozen unsweetened strawberries50 grams frozen banana6 oz. almond milk1/2 scoop unsweetened protein powder1/4 block of silken tofu1 tbsp. peanut butter
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and thick. If you like a thinner, frothier smoothie, add a few ice cubes to the blender.

Serving Size: Makes one big smoothie.
