Chinese Chicken with Cashew Nuts

onion, 1 smallMushrooms, 2 medCarrot, 1 small, Cabbage leaf, Asda Fame Grilled Chicken Breast Fillet, 50gmRoot Ginger, 1 teaspoonAsda Free From (Gluten free) Soy Sauce, 1 teaspoonAsda Chinese 5 Spice powder, 1 teaspoonCornflour, 10gm (1 teaspoon)Marigold Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder (Gluten Free), 1 teaspoon (5gm)
Cut the carrot into thin strips, shred the cabbage leaf. Chop the onion and mushroom finely and fry in a pan with the sesame oil. Add the chicken, carrot, ginger , cashews and bouillon powder and cook for a few more minutes, stirring. Add the shredded cabbage. Remove from the heat and add the cornflour and 5 spice powder, stirring to coat the vegetables. Add about a cup of water, stir and bring to boil, adding more water if a thinner soup is preferred. Cook for about 5 minutes, so that the vegetables are still crunchy. Add a teaspoon of soy sauce. Serve
