Tuna Puttanesca

Ingredients
1 can all white albacore tuna packed in water3 cloves garlic1/2 box gemelli pasta1/4 -1/2 cup chopped Kalmata olives1-2tsp olive oil1/2 -3/4 cup chopped,seeded, vine ripe tomatoes or plum tomatoes3 Tbsp red wine1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Cooke pasta according to box. Over med-high heat, sautee the garlic in the olive oil till golden. Add kalmata olives and cayenne pepper. Add the chopped vine tomatoes and 3 tbsp of red wine and tuna. SImmer for 10minutes until it reduces slightly. Keep warm. When pasta is cooked add pasta to skillet and mix thoroughly. Let sit for 10 minutes for sauce and juices to absorb.
