Turkey Burgers with Spinach

12 oz Ground Turkey1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded1 ea Egg1 cup Spinach, choppedSeasonings: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Minced Onion, Italian Seasoning
1. Combine ingredients together well and form into 4 patties.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet until very hot.
3. Place patties in pan and cook until golden on the first side. Flip them over and cover. Cook until golden on the 2nd side and cooked through.
**Top with cheese if you like! I eat mine on half a low-carb tortilla with Meunster Cheese, lettuce and a thin slice of tomato.
