low fat guacamole

Ingredients
1 avacodo1 cup 1% milkfat cottage cheese1 large slice onion, diced1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine2 oz. lemon juicedash black pepper2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend, making sure to stop and scrape sides of blender enough to mix well.
Scrape into bowl, cover, refrigerate at least one hour.
