6 Eggs, medium sized1/2 cup Milk1/4-1/2 cup Cheese (any kind), shredded2 tsp of Garlic Powder OR Fresh Garlic, one piecea dash of Rosemary. driedop. a dash of Ground GingerIts flexible--have fun, twist it and improvise!
1. Whip it all up in a bowl, well.
2. Spill it into the sauce pan
IF MAKING PANCAKE, FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

IF MAKING SCRAMBLED, FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS .4 + 5
3. Let sit in the pan (the pan should be on med. high) until cooked on one side. Flip and repeat.
4. Scramble until done on med. high
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
Makes enough for three or four (even five if split carefully)

This Recipe caught its name when I walked up to my first "cooking victim" and asked if they wanted an "egg something." The name stuck.
It was served as a special breakfast some time after, and was acclaimed as very good.
